Head Of The Yarra 2025 Enter to Win Competition – Entry Terms & Conditions

1.      The Head of the Yarra 2025 lottery is free to enter, but participants must provide their first name and surname and email address at the time of entry into the Enter to Win Competition.  Participant contact information will be provided to event sponsors and partners who may then seek to contact competition entrants for sales purposes but contact information will not be provided to third parties.

2.      The Head of the Yarra 2025 lottery is authorised by and for the benefit of Hawthorn Rowing Club Incorporated.

3.      The Head of the Yarra 2025 lottery will close on 22nd November 2025 at 2pm.

4.      The lottery will be drawn at Hawthorn Rowing Club at approximately 3.00 pm on 22nd November 2025 at the conclusion of the Head of The Yarra.

5.      The Competition draw will allow each ticket a random and equal chance of being drawn.

6.      Prize winners may be notified by email and/or text message.

7.      The prize will be paid or transferred to the winner within 28 days after the draw.

8.      Entrants do not need to be present at the draw of the competition to be eligible for a prize.

9.      The name of the winner/s will be published on the Head of the Yarra website for a minimum period of 28 days after the draw.

10.    A prize winner may be substituted via a second draw, if after reasonable efforts over 28 days using the participant contact information provided, the original prize winner cannot be contacted.
